The technical implementation of the complaints channel is carried out by DIGITAL PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT, S.L (Ithikios), with CIF B02767010, and with registered office at c/Mont Blanc 17, Sant Cugat del Valles, in its capacity as sub-processor, without access to personal data entered in the complaints channel.
